Policies & Cancellations
For individual travelers: We require pre-payment on all of our trips. If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance of your trip you will receive a full refund. No immediate refund will be given to those who cancel within 48 hours of scheduled departure. If you cancel within 48 hours we will attempt to re-sell your space to somebody else, and partial or full refund may be available.
For Groups: We will require a 20% deposit, which is refundable if the group space is cancelled at least 30 days in advance of the trip. One week in advance we require a final count for the group and full payment of the balance due. Spaces cancelled within one week of the trip are not refundable unless we are able to sell the space to someone else.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anybody for reasons of misbehavior, intoxication, etc., or those judged to be unfit for the rigors of our activity.
Please note that we will be out of our office from March 27 through April 10 on Spring Break. Of course you can still make online reservations, and we will be answering emails sporadically.
